randomBox v1.0 >>> what it does when dropped into a folder containing mp3 files randomBox plays all the mpegs in that folder and any sub-folders one by one in a random order when it has played all the files, it starts again and will include any new files that have been added to the folders in the meantime - you do not have to update a playlist everytime you download a new track into a folder >>> what you can do you can specify any folder of mp3 files on your hard disk to be played, randomBox does not have to be in the same folder as the mp3s - once a folder has been picked it becomes the default folder that randomBox will use each time it starts you can skip the currently playing track and a new random track will start (skipped songs remain in the playlist) >>> known issues using other applications at the same time can cause the audio to sometimes pause! randomBox conflicts with director-made screensavers >>> bugs & requests send to julian@flatearth.co.uk |
